6. Exchanges and refunds

Because these are frozen foods, we do not accept returns for regret. In case of error or damage, we follow the conditions of our Exchange and Refund Policy.


7. Limitation of liability

Bá Foods is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect storage of products after delivery

  • Losses caused by errors in information provided by the customer
