Exchange and Refund Policy

At Bá Foods, we are committed to offering products with quality, care, and safety. As these are frozen foods, we have a transparent exchange and refund policy as described below.



1. Frozen and non-perishable products

All items sold in our store are frozen foods, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, in accordance with standard food safety practices.



2. Items with issues or shipping errors

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or different from your order, we will replace it or issue a full refund, as applicable.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to contact@bafoods.jp or use the contact form within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Product and packaging photo

    • Description of the issue

Our team will get back to you within 1 business day with instructions for a refund or exchange.



3. Cases not eligible for exchange or refund

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product refused or not picked up from the carrier within the deadline

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Improper storage after receipt

  • Dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference

  • Complaints made after 24 hours of receipt



4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipping. After the carrier picks up the order, cancellation is no longer possible.



5. Refunds

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, using the same payment method as the purchase.
