Fried snacks

Coxinhas, kibbeh, risoles, cheese balls, fritters and churros.

PREPARATION METHOD Hot oil at 180°C
180°C hot oil
Fry in hot oil at 180°C, without thawing, until golden.

Do not thaw

Remove from the freezer only when you’re ready to cook.

Fry only a few at a time

This way the oil stays at the right temperature.

Check the color

Remove when golden and piping hot in the center.

How do I know when it’s ready?

The outside should be golden and crispy, and the inside completely hot.

Baked products

Preheat the oven and cook the products while still frozen.

Preheat the oven and place the products still frozen.
EMPADAS (SAVORY PIES)

Empada (savory pie)

Baked dough with filling in the center. Remove from the freezer and place directly in the oven or Air Fryer.

OPEN ESFIHA

Open esfiha

Baked dough with the filling visible in the center. The edge should be lightly golden.

Baked triangular dough with the filling completely enclosed.

CHEESE BREAD

Cheese bread

Bake until they rise and are lightly golden on the outside.

How do I know when it’s ready?

The dough should be hot and lightly golden. For cheese bread, wait until it puffs up and turns lightly golden.

Ready-made dishes

They’re already cooked. Just heat well and serve.

PREPARATION METHOD Heat and serve

Heat until the food is piping hot in the center as well.

Remove from the freezer

In most cases, you don’t need to leave it thawing for hours.

Heat thoroughly

The food needs to be hot all the way through, including the center.

Beans, meat in sauce and stews may heat more evenly after being stirred.

You can also use a pot

Beans, tripe stew, beef shank, ground beef, sausage and saucy dishes can be reheated over low heat.

Lasagna

Microwave: remove from the aluminum tray.

Oven: you can heat it in the aluminum tray itself.

Before using the microwave

Make sure the packaging is microwave-safe. Aluminum containers must never be used in the microwave.
