1. Which regions of Japan do you serve?

We ship all across Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed by 3:00 PM are prepared and shipped the next day.

3. Which carrier handles the delivery?

We use Yamato Transport (Kuroneko) for refrigerated delivery (冷凍便).

4. Do the products come with dry ice or thermal packaging?

No. The products are vacuum-packed and shipped frozen, but without dry ice or thermal packaging. The carrier maintains the temperature.

5. How should I store the products upon receipt?

Store the products immediately in the freezer at -18 °C.

6. How do I prepare the salgados?

You can bake or fry the snacks. Instructions are on each product’s page.

7. Do you sell ready-to-eat meals?

Yes, but frozen.

8. Are the products vegetarian?

We have several vegetarian options, such as meatballs, heart of palm pies, corn fritters, and jackfruit coxinha.

9. What are the package sizes?

• Small savory snacks (25g): pack of 10 units ~
• Large savory snacks (100g): pack of 5 units ~
• Other products vary depending on the item

10. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards and cash on delivery. Bank transfers are not accepted.

11. What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?

Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000.

12. Can I return a product?

⚠️ Because these are frozen foods, we do not accept returns due to change of mind. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.
