1. Introduction
This document outlines the delivery procedures to ensure that Bá Foods’ frozen products are delivered with quality, safety, and efficiency throughout Japan.
2. Shipping Method

All items are produced and frozen immediately after preparation and vacuum-sealedwithout the use of dry ice or additional thermal packaging.
3. Packaging and Storage

Products are packed in strong, sturdy boxes with care to prevent damage.

Vacuum packaging keeps the product fresh and intact throughout shipping.
4. Delivery times

Pickup occurs within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination region (e.g., Kanto and central regions: 1–2 business days; Hokkaido and Okinawa: up to 3 business days).

You can choose a delivery date, subject to the minimum shipping time plus 1 business day. kuronekoyamato.co.jp.
5. Sizes and Fees
The boxes used are classified according to Yamato's system. The fee includes standard delivery plus the additional Cool charge (shown to the customer at checkout).

The exact fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your region.

Free shipping for orders over ¥10,000, except for Hokkaido and Okinawa (which have higher rates).
6. Delivery Attempts

Yamato makes up to two delivery attempts.

If not received, the product will be returned to Bá Foods. Reshipping is possible with a new shipping charge.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Please double-check your address at checkout.

Upon receipt, check if the packaging is intact. If there are any issues, contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, or exceptional events affecting the carrier.
8. Policy Changes
Bá Foods reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. We recommend that customers revisit this page when placing new orders.
